I have bought and sold several houses in my life. Bob Haywood is, bar none, the best Realtor I have encountered and I have dealt with several excellent people. A great person as well as a great Realtor, you will feel incredibly comfortable with him. Listed our house and sold it in four days. His multi-front marketing strategy is excellent and he knows Owasso and Tulsa. We sold our Owasso home, and as we have used him as our buying agent as well, he has been so knowledgeable about the do's and dont's pertaining to certain areas in town...facts that folks who don't know the area would not know. Bob helped us navigate the dicey waters of home buying. This was our first home and he was so knowledgable. I am not sure we could have completed this process without him! He was well connected and competent. Also, we lived over two hours away and he was great to work with our schedule for home viewing, signing papers, etc. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Tulsa area.
